CUBING
From initial design to reality – perfect dimensions.
Cubing and calibre models are produced on a scale of 1:1 and provide a true-to-scale representation of the finished product or module. This enables a realistic visual inspection and evaluation of the product design before series production begins. We produce high-precision cubing/calibre models from aluminium, which ensure exact and reliable assembly.

MEASUREMENT FIXTURES
Measurement fixture for 3D scan (GOM)
Measurement fixtures provide a stable and reproducible measuring environment. For measurements of your components on an NC measurement machine, we provide a precise and repeatable fixture for the components in mesh position. In some applications, measurement fixtures can also be used to protect the measured object against damage or contamination.

TEST GAUGE
Quality on the test bench.
Test gauges offer decisive benefits for verifying the conformity of manufactured parts and ensure that tolerance requirements are met. We follow your specifications to produce gauges to accommodate your test components, including reproducing the connection geometry. We can also check joint patterns with a gap gauge. Your functional dimensions are also checked with meters.

JIGS
Efficiency and precision for your production.
To improve the efficiency, accuracy and quality of the production process, we produce jigs as assembly frames, test jigs or removal aids according to customer specifications. Our customers therefore benefit from an improved end product.
